  The service, especially our waiter was excellent. The food, however....Should be a lot less expensive for the quality of what we got.

  Never in my life was I treated with such disrespect. Went to outback this Thursday and ordered a ribs and chicken dish. When I took my first bite after my dish was served, there was a metal brush in my chicken. So I told the waitress about it and she kindly apologized and took it back immediately. While waiting for my food to be redone, no manager came to inquire about it. I was not pleased so decided to cancel my order and asked the waitress if this is something that happens frequently and the management usually do not apologize to customers when it happens. The manager did come eventually but to my surprise, she was not apologetic at all. She made me feel like I was stirring up trouble for complaining about this. She even said you didn't swallow the metal right? I think her name is Dominique or something. And she had the never to tell me that she didn't charge me for the dish and didn't charge me for the cancellation. I will never ever go back to this restaurant again. I have to apologize to my waitress for not leaving any tip at all and I told her why I didn't. I think as a customer, my complaint should be heard.
